1. What can I pay for?

We only accept PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD. All transactions are in us dollars.

2. TAXES

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in shipping cost. Please check with your country’s custom office prior to your purchase.

* Orders placed will be shipped out within 2 business days.

* Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following working day. Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered the next working day.

* Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

4. ORDER MAXIMUM

Due to high demand for products, we currently limit purchases to one bag in each style and colour per customer.

5. CHECK OUT

Products on ANGTI&YANG are sold on a first come, first served basis. Items in the cart are only reserved when you begin the checkout process, when the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase ANGTI&YANG.

6. Shipping address

Must fill in the recipient’s address, address or express mail delivery details of the address. The address must be completed in full detail and can not be a PO box.

7. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your ANGTI & YANG account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
